4. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

While CIC Education Hub maintains a high success rate and provides expert guidance, we do not guarantee admission into any educational institution or the approval of any student visa.

  • Admissions are at the sole discretion of the respective universities or colleges.
  • Visa decisions are made entirely by the immigration authorities and embassies of the respective countries (e.g., IRCC for Canada, DHA for Australia, UKVI for the UK, etc.).
  • CIC Education Hub shall not be held liable for any admission rejections or visa refusals.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

  • Consultancy Fees: Any processing or consultancy fees charged by CIC Education Hub will be clearly communicated before the commencement of services.
  • Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for all third-party fees, including but not limited to university application fees, tuition deposits, medical examination fees, biometric fees, and embassy visa application fees. These fees are strictly non-refundable by CIC Education Hub.
  • Refund Policy: If you are entitled to a refund of your university tuition deposit due to a visa refusal, the refund process will be governed strictly by the refund policy of the respective university. CIC Education Hub will assist in the refund application process, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the institution or international banking transfers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the CIC Education Hub website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials—is the property of CIC Education Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

How To Apply for 2026 Intakes?

  • Interested students can apply online.
  •  Await the university’s response.
  • Upon acceptance, you’ll receive your official Letter of Offer.
  •  Once you have your offer letter, pay the first semester’s tuition and ancillary fees in full.
  • The college will provide a receipt.
  •  Apply for your Canadian Study Permit/Visa and Co-op Study Permit.
  • If needed, submit your application for residence.

    Yes, Study gap is accepted in Canada. You need to provide the necessary documents to justify your involvement in some organization or institute equivalent to the gap period. But it’s always better to have less or no gap when you are applying to study in Canada.
